Prices on this site are our current published prices and may change. The date they were last updated is shown under the pricing section. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement that spells out the scope, price, and timing.
Free website check
The free website check is a personal review and our honest opinion. It isn’t a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or sales. There’s no cost and no obligation.
Our content
The text, graphics, and logo on this site belong to Service Road Digital. Please don’t copy them without asking.
Your data
You own your data. If you’re a client, you own your website, your domain, your content, and the data your website collects, as described in your signed agreement.
You grant Service Road Digital a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use information you submit through this site or provide to us, and data from websites we build or maintain for you, to provide and improve our services. This includes combining it with other data in aggregated, de-identified form. This license continues after our work together ends.
We never sell your data. We never publish anything that identifies you or your customers without your permission. We don’t use health or payment information to improve our services.
Links
If we link to another site, we don’t control it and aren’t responsible for it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using this site.
Signed agreements control
If anything in these terms, or anywhere else on this site, conflicts with a written agreement you have signed with Service Road Digital, the signed agreement controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
