The short version: we only collect what you type into our form, we use it to answer you and to improve our services, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you ask for a free website check, the form sends us:
- your name and business name;
- your current website address, if you have one;
- your email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
- the kind of business you run, and which package you clicked, if any.
Why we collect it
To review your website and get back to you. We may also use what you send us to improve our services, including in combined, de-identified form (for example, which kinds of businesses ask for a website check and what problems we find most often). We never sell it, and we never publish anything that identifies you. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Where it goes
Your form is delivered to our inbox by email. We don’t keep a separate database of form submissions. We use a few service providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs a spam check (Turnstile) on the form.
- Resend delivers the form to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email.
- Our email provider stores the message in our inbox, like any other email you send us.
These providers only handle your information to deliver these services.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that counts page views and button clicks without identifying you. The spam check on our form may set a short-lived technical cookie to confirm you’re a person.
How long we keep it
We keep your emails as long as they’re useful for working with you. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will. Combined, de-identified data we’ve already created can’t be traced back to you, so it isn’t affected by a deletion request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@serviceroaddigital.com. We’ll answer within a few business days.
Kids
This site is for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
